KSUAE international students took part in the All-Russian educational camp "Liga Forum"

The All-Russian educational camp "Liga Forum" was held at the Kamsky Artek youth center in Nizhnekamsk city. It brought together 1,200 students, youth association leaders, administrators, and activists from across Russia, as well as international participants. This is the 11th consecutive year that "Liga Forum" has been held in the republic. The organizer of this large-scale annual event is the RT Youth Youth Organization "League of Students of the Republic of Tatarstan".

This campus became a truly international platform for learning, sharing experiences, and networking. Each day was packed with a vibrant program. The morning began with exercise and sports activities, followed by lectures and coworking sessions. After lunch, students worked with coaches, and in the evenings, creative and sports activities took place. Everyone had the opportunity to choose an area of ​​interest, develop in it, and exchange experiences with like-minded individuals, making new connections. A special feature of the camp was team competition. Teams competed for the top three places, receiving cups and medals, and in the final, the team with the highest score won the Grand Prix. The competition added excitement and motivation, helping participants demonstrate leadership skills and work together as true teams.

Representatives of the KSUAE Association of International Students —Darouish Youssef (Morocco) and Bendari Ezzat (Egypt)—also participated in the "University League" and "League of Leaders" sessions of this forum. They noted that the five days on campus gave them unforgettable impressions, new ideas, and strength to implement future projects within the university. The camp served not only as a platform for acquiring knowledge and skills but also as a space for intercultural communication, shared creativity, and inspiration.

LEAGUE FORUM is an open platform for the exchange of ideas, where each participant completes an educational program in a field of interest to them, gains modern and applied knowledge from professionals and leaders in their field, as well as team and project management skills, and participates in sporting and cultural events.

KSUAE International students completed a course on social and cultural adaptation

KSUAE International students, first-year undergraduate and graduate students, attended a course on social and cultural adaptation. The event was organized with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan in collaboration with the Center for Social and Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Citizens.

The social and cultural adaptation program is implemented to help foreign citizens overcome social isolation, establish social relationships that facilitate conflict-free coexistence in Russian society, and ensure national and public security. N.V. Abrosimova, Director of the Center, spoke to KSUAE international students from Côte d'Ivoire, Iran, Cameroon, Turkmenistan, Burkina Faso, Angola, Mauritania, Nigeria, Guinea, Morocco, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Benin, Peru, Kyrgyzstan, Senegal, and Yemen about: - the cultural characteristics and fundamentals of Russian legislation; - the rules and norms of behavior accepted in Russian society; - interaction with government agencies and local governments; - the status and rights of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation and migration registration rules; - accessing government services in the areas of migration, social, information, and other areas; - liability for offenses related to the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances; - liability for participating in and assisting terrorist and extremist activities, and inciting social, racial, national, and religious hatred; - the negative consequences of joining various informal youth groups and radical organizations; - interethnic conflicts and ways to resolve them.

At the end of the course, the students were tested on their acquired knowledge.

Similar adaptation activities are held at KSUAE on a regular basis.

KSUAE Students attended the opening ceremony of the IV All-Russian Archery Competition

On September 22, 2025, KSUAE students attended the opening ceremony of the IV All-Russian Archery Competition "Prosecutor General's Cup of the Russian Federation." The tournament was opened by Prosecutor General of Russia I.V. Krasnov.

This year, the cup is being held in Kazan, and KSUAE students couldn't miss such an event. Over the course of five days, students will watch 600 athletes from more than 40 regions, aged 14 to 20, compete at the Ak Bars Arena stadium. Participants compete for their regional teams in individual and team competitions. Athletes compete for the title of the strongest in shooting at distances of 50, 60 and 70 meters, competing in two disciplines: classic bow and compound bow.

KSUAE scientists and students took an active part in the Kazan Digital Week 2025 International Forum

At the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences' stand, KSUAE presented projects being implemented by faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates at the Digital Roads Research and Educational Center of Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering (Head of the Department of Digital Road Technologies L.F. Mavliev).

Furthermore, the plenary session of the Kazan Digital Week-2025 International Forum, "Technological Leadership through Artificial Intelligence: New Horizons and Challenges," was held with the participation of the Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

KSUAE faculty and students actively participated in the forum's events, including roundtable discussions on "How Digitalization is Changing Cities," "Smart Transport and Digitalization: Artificial Intelligence, Driverless Technologies, and Sustainable Development," a panel discussion on "The Digital Platform 'Science' as a Tool for Managing Industrial and Regional Science," a session on "Digital Research as a Driver of Scientific Discoveries: Ideas and Initiatives of Young Scientists", and sections on "Artificial Intelligence in Education," "Digital Services Around New Electric Mobility," "Scientific Developments and Applied Solutions for the Digital Industry," and others.

On September 18, KSUAE Rector R.K. Nizamov attended and delivered a welcoming address at the plenary session of the IV All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Heritage in Digital" on current issues of cultural heritage digitalization. The closing ceremony of the Kazan Digital Week-2025 international forum took place on September 19.
