KSUAE Students are winners of the All-Russian Olympiad in the profile "Motorways and airfields"
The final stage of the All-Russian student Olympiad in the bachelor's degree program 08.03.01 "Construction", specialization (profile) "Roads and airfields" was completed at the KSUAE Institute of Transport Structures.
The opening of the Olympiad took place in the scientific and educational center "Roads". Students from technical universities of Russia took part in the All-Russian Olympiad: Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering; Kuzbass State Technical University named after T.F. Gorbachev, Kemerovo; Moscow Automobile and Road State Technical University; Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Sibstrin); Penza State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering; Perm National Research Polytechnic University; Volga Region State Technological University, Yoshkar-Ola; Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering; Northern (Arctic) Federal University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Arkhangelsk; North-Eastern Federal University named after M.K. Ammosov, Yakutsk; Siberian State Automobile and Highway University, Omsk; Siberian Federal University, Krasnoyarsk; Pacific National University, Khabarovsk; Tyumen Industrial University.
The competition tasks were based on theoretical and practical questions from the field of disciplines studied by students: construction of automobile roads, repair and maintenance of highways, design of highways. The assessment of the completed tasks was carried out on a point system, which determined the places of the participants in the table of personal and team standings.
The first place in the personal standings was taken by KSUAE student Krasnoperov Zakhar ; the second place was taken by Martynov Aleksandr (TIU); the third place was taken by Utyasheva Liliya (KSUAE). In the team standings, the places among the universities were distributed as follows: 1st place - KSUAE; 2nd place - TIU; 3rd place - SFU and NSUACE (Sibstrin). All participants of the Olympiad were awarded diplomas, and the students who took first, second and third places were awarded valuable prizes.
The participants visited the scientific and educational spaces and research centers of KSUAE. Also in the "Digital Roads" center, students took part in the intellectual quiz "KISI QUIZ". The guests noted the creative and conceptual approaches to the creation of scientific and educational spaces and centers of KSUAE, the high level of their material and technical base for ensuring high-quality education in modern conditions and solving scientific and practical problems industry.
As part of the cultural program, the Olympiad participants and leaders visited the Youth Theater on Bulak, and also got acquainted with the cultural heritage sites of Kazan during a sightseeing tour. The award ceremony for the winners and participants of the Olympiad was held at the Digital Roads center. The guests noted the high level of preparation and holding of the final round of the All-Russian Student Olympiad, wished further success in organizing, holding and developing the following events aimed at improving the professional competencies of students, educational, methodological and scientific cooperation between universities.
