76 International Conference "Sociotechnical construction"  has started in KSUAE

On April 15, 2025, the Conference section "Economics and Management in Construction" began its work. The conference was attended by the vice-president of the regional industry association of employers "Union of Builders of the Republic of Tatarstan" E.R. Galyautdinova, teachers, graduate students, students of the KSUAE Institute of Economics and Management in Construction.

The audience was greatly interested in the reports of Associate Professor E.S. Matveeva on mortgage housing lending, E.R. Galyautdinova - on the stages of implementation of a development project. The reports of postgraduate students were also especially noted: – T.M. Bikmuratov on digital technologies as the basis for the digital transformation of enterprises in the investment and construction complex (scientific supervisor - Professor G.M. Zagidullina); – D.R. Shaikhutdinova on the role of technology startups in improving the competitiveness of urban tourism services (Professor A.I. Romanova); – D.R. Kadimov on project management at the pre-investment stage of development in the context of the development of an innovative environment (Professor G.M. Zagidullina); – A.M. Nasrutdinova on the balanced development of urban and rural areas (Associate Professor I.F. Gareev); – E.D. Vashurkina on the development of the city's transport infrastructure as a factor in increasing the urban development value of the territory (Professor R.M. Sirazetdinov).

Among the reports of the bachelors of the training program "Production Management in Construction", the presentations related to various aspects of the construction economy were separately welcomed: – D.M. Bakhteeva (group 1PM02) studied mortgage lending at the present stage (Associate Professor O.N. Borovskikh); – S.I. Ziganshina (1PM01) performed a comparative analysis of options for financing the purchase of income-generating real estate in the primary and secondary housing markets in Kazan (Associate Professor E.I. Shagiakhmetova); – L.V. Ivanova (1EN02) assessed the economic feasibility of introducing "green" standards in individual housing construction (Associate Professor I.F. Gareev); – D.A. Ryabova (1PM01) examined the national Tatar ornament in the architecture and design of the urban environment of Kazan as the basis for the marketing strategy for the development of a coffee shop (Associate Professor E.I. Shagiakhmetova); – E.D. Khalilova (1PM02) studied wages as the basis for stimulating labor (Associate Professor A.Kh. Evstafieva); – L.R. Fattakhova (1EN02) analyzed the role of the concept of commercial infrastructure in a multifunctional center in the development of the territory and a comfortable environment (Associate Professor I.F. Gareev).
