KSUAE Professor V.G. Khozin together with young scientists took part in the 1st International Conference "VladStroyTech 2024"

On September 24-27, 2024, the Vladimir State University named after Alexander Grigorievich and Nikolai Grigorievich Stoletov hosted the 1st International Conference of Young Scientists “Solutions to Modern Problems of Materials Science and Technology in Construction. VladStroyTech 2024". The scientific event brought together young researchers and honored scientists from all over the country.

KSUAE was represented at the conference by the head of the department of technology of building materials, products and structures (TSMIK), doctor of technical sciences, professor Vadim Khozin; postgraduate students Andrey Belyakov and Evgeny Gulyakov; master's student Ksenia  Nesterova.

All participants from KSUAE made presentations on current topics, the results of the presented scientific research were highly appreciated by colleagues from other universities and scientific institutions, and generated discussions and interest in the hall.

At the end of the conference, all participants were awarded diplomas, and KSUAE master's student Ksenia Nesterova was awarded an honorable 2nd place in the competition of the best reports among young scientists.

KSUAE Professor A.M. Ziganshin undergoes a scientific internship in China

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of ISIT Arslan Ziganshin is on internship at the Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology (China). He is visiting the campuses and scientific laboratories of the university, has meetings with scientists, graduate students and students.

Besides, as part of the internship, Prof. Arslan Ziganshin is giving lectures in English to graduate students and teachers of the university on the topic: "Shaping of duct fittings by the outlines of vortex zones". His lectures aroused great interest among the audience of more than 300 people, answering numerous questions from the audience.

Our universities have been jointly conducting scientific research, publishing articles, and participating in international conferences for more than two years. We believe that our cooperation will only strengthen in the future.

KSUAE Rector Rashit Nizamov took part in the section "Rector's Hour" of the international forum "Kazan Digital Week"

From September 9 to 11, 2024, the international forum "KAZAN DIGITAL WEEK" was held in Kazan. The forum is designed to facilitate the exchange of scientific and technical information, the consolidation of scientific and technological assets capable of effectively solving the problems of import substitution and import advancement, ensuring technological sovereignty and data sovereignty as the basis for the leadership of the Russian Federation in international cooperation. The forum included the section "Rector's Hour", organized by the Council of Rectors of Universities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The topic of the section "Rector's Hour" was designated as "Digital Transformation of Russian Universities: Opportunities and Challenges". In his speech KSUAE Rector Rashit Nizamov told colleagues from other universities about the development of a single ecosystem of the KSUAE university campus, uniting more than 20 scientific and educational centers based on a single digital platform.

KSUAE Associate Professor Damir Ayupov took part in the XI international forum "Technoprom-2024"

At the XI International Forum of Technological Development "Technoprom-2024" held in Novosibirsk, the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by a solid delegation of 64 people, headed by the President of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan Minnikhanov Rifkat.

Representing KSUAE, Associate Professor of the Department of TSMIK D.A. Ayupov in his speech told the guests of the exhibition about the creation and development of the KSUAE campus, scientific and educational centers as points of attraction for scientifically oriented youth, as well as about the implementation of scientific developments of university scientists in the economy of the Republic. As always, the KSUAE university campus made a great impression on the forum participants and guests of the exhibition, and among the listeners there were interested parents of future applicants to our university.

During the presentation, Damir noted that the founder of the Siberian Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences and the Novosibirsk Akademgorodok is Mikhail Lavrentyev, a native of Kazan who lived in his hometown for a significant part of his life. An interesting fact from the history of the famous Akademgorodok and our colleague's speech about the KSUAE campus of international level were in tune with the main theme of the forum "Technoprom", and modern trends in education and science, and the goals of the Year of Scientific and Technological Development in the Republic of Tatarstan.
