The goal of the forum is to exchange experience between representatives of government, business and science of Russia and foreign countries in the field of agglomeration development, improve the regulatory framework and mechanisms for managing agglomerations, improve interaction, and expand international cooperation.

Kazan has become a center of attraction and a meeting place for leading experts in urban development, heritage and architecture at the Rebus forum. Rais Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov recalled that Vladimir Putin ordered 200 master plans for agglomerations. Tatarstan is fulfilling this order and is ready to share experience and replicate developments. Agglomerations are alive and developing. In this regard, a number of tasks come to the fore, such as creating jobs, building and modernizing infrastructure. Expert from Egypt Omar Nagati emphasized the importance of developing the outskirts, the need to make it more modern and attractive to the population. The participants of the event shared the experience of their countries and regions in solving these problems. All speakers came to the opinion: the main goal of developing agglomerations is to improve the quality of life of people/

Besides, the International Forum "ROSTKI" (RUSSIA - Tatarstan - China) is held from November 13 to 15. At the plenary session, participants discussed the prospects for trade and economic cooperation between the two powers - Russia and China, as well as areas of state support for Russian-Chinese projects.
