KSUAE students: the winners of the international ArchiTECH 2025 Campaign "City as Code: Programmable Urbanism"

From August 15-19, 2025, the International ArchiTECH 2025 Camp "City as Code: Programmable Urbanism" was held at KSUAE.

In Kazan, young architects, builders, and designers from 25+ countries (BRICS+, SCO, ASEAN) designed smart public spaces for Innopolis. Over the two days of the Camp, participants worked on three interactive clusters: sports, ecology, and entertainment.

Before the start, faculty from the Institute of Architecture and Design shared their experience in creating international-level research and educational centers with the participants during a campus tour.

The first day of the Camp took place at the Innopolis site. Subsequent project work continued at the KSUAE "Heritage" and "Architectural Physics" centers.

The winner of the workshop was a team of students mentored by A.I. Ivantsov, including KSUAE students Kamilla Trofimova, Karina Khusnutdinova, Maya Shamsulina, Alena Lapina, and Dilyara Asaidullina, and NRU MGSU students Anastasia Samotesova and Alexandra Sagalovskaya. The students developed the project, "Centrio Park." The professional jury praised the clear structure of the participants' presentations, the multifactorial analysis of the design area, the harmonious combination of the concepts of "Nature," "Innovation," and "Humanity" in the project, and the careful development of the identity of the space being created.
