KSUAE took part in the conference “TIMI Kazan 2024”
On March 28, 2024, the first large-scale offline conference dedicated to information modeling technologies “TIMI Kazan 2024: Association of Experts for a Technological Breakthrough in Construction” took place.
KSUAE students took part in organizing and holding the event as volunteers, as well as direct participants in the discussion of the conference agenda.
The event was organized by CSoftDevelopment LLC, developer of the ModelStudio CS information modeling platform, and CSoft Kazan LLC, an authorized partner of the CSoft group of companies.
The event in Kazan was a continuation of the TIMI conference program, which the SeaSoftDevelopment company annually holds in Russian cities with a dynamically developing construction industry. The speakers at the event were representatives of the companies “CiSoftDevelopment”, “Nanosoft Development”, specialists from the State Expertise of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as representatives of companies in the engineering, mining, and scientific fields.
The speakers also presented the audience with cases on creating roadmaps for the implementation of technical information technology in design institutes, the use of equipment catalogs in the ModelStudioCS database, an automated method for preparing estimates using a 3D information model, digitalization of the design, construction and reconstruction of industrial facilities using the NSProject solution, and others.
D.V.Krainov, Associate Professor of the KSUAE Department, acted as a speaker at the conference.
At the end of the event there was an answer session.
