"Opportunities exist—the key is to see them": a meeting with Artur Rozanov was held at KSUAE

On September 23, 2026, students at KSUAE met with A.D. Rozanov, First Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Children and Youth Affairs of the Kazan Executive Committee. Artur spoke to the students about the opportunities available to the youth of Tatarstan’s capital and how to make the most of them; he detailed the Committee’s areas of work, ranging from support for youth projects and grant competitions to the organization of city events and the operation of psychological support centers. Students learned how to participate in grant programs, which competitions and forums are held for young researchers and activists, and where to turn for support during difficult situations.

The meeting took the form of an open dialogue: students asked questions, shared ideas, and received practical advice on how to bring them to life. The Kazan Committee for Children and Youth Affairs regularly holds meetings with young people at the city’s universities and vocational colleges. Such events help students better navigate the opportunities offered by the city and find practical tools for personal and professional fulfillment.
