Representatives of Interstate Technical Committee 465 "Construction" visited KSUAE within the XVI International Salon "Integrated Safety and Security"
On September 3, 2026, representatives of Technical Committee/Interstate Technical Committee (TC/ITC) 465 "Construction" visited KSUAE during the XVI International Salon of Security and Safety Equipment "Integrated Safety – 2026" in Kazan.
TC/ITC 465 "Construction" is a standing national body that coordinates standardization activities—at the national, interstate, and international levels—within the fields of urban planning, construction, and housing and utilities.
As part of their collaboration with TC/ITC 465 "Construction," and commissioned by Rosstandart (via the Federal Autonomous Institution "Federal Center for Standardization" of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation), KSUAE researchers are developing federal industry standards for new types of construction materials, products, and structural elements: - GOST R 70762-2023 "External reinforcement with composite materials. Accelerated creep test methods for adhesive joints in structural reinforcement elements"; GOST R "Method for the accelerated determination of partial safety factors for the design and calculation of structures and products made from pultruded profiles" (Prof. A.M. Suleymanov); - Preliminary National Standard of the Russian Federation PNST 974-2024 "Low water-demand cements. Specifications" (Prof. V.G. Khozin, Prof. O.V. Khokhryakov); - Amendment No. 6 to SP 70.13330.2011 "SNiP 3.03.01-87 Load-bearing and Enclosing Structures"; GOST R "Dispersed-Reinforced Concrete Mixtures for Additive Construction Manufacturing: Specifications" (Prof. R.Kh. Mukhametrakhimov).
The guests toured the KSAUE infrastructure and research and educational centers, highly commending the work of the university team. During the meeting, they discussed the results and future prospects of their joint collaboration.
