40 KSUAE students are undergoing free training in the vocational profession of “Reinforcement Worker, 2nd category”

KSUAE won a grant competition to implement the "Second-Grade Reinforcer" vocational training program. Forty first- and second-year students began classes on April 6, 2026. Thanks to the support of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science (in accordance with a Russian Government decree), course participants are learning the profession completely free of charge—an excellent opportunity to gain a sought-after vocational specialty, as well as additional competencies that will help them in their future professional development. The first lecture was held at the "Forum" Multifunctional Center.

Students master the theoretical component in classroom lessons. Practical skills are honed by assembling reinforcement cages according to drawings. Students work with rebar tying tools, assemble the components of the future cage, and assemble them into a single structure. All participants demonstrate a high level of interest—they strive not only to master the technological process but also to learn how to do it quickly, competently, and accurately. Under the guidance of supervisors, students work in teams on practical assignments. This helps achieve another important goal: developing personal qualities. Students learn to work in a team, combine their knowledge and skills with the experience of their colleagues, and build positive communication within a new team. It's worth noting that KSUACE has been training reinforcement workers for several years now. Since 2023, 160 members of student construction teams have completed training in this in-demand profession.
