KSUAE: 2025 results – reseacrh activity

Research is one of our core activities, enabling us to: - train students with innovation-oriented thinking; - implement our developments today, rather than in the distant future and earn money by completing work commissioned by industry; - strengthen our departments with young scientists; - contribute to Russia's achievement of scientific and technological sovereignty.

Significant implemented developments based on scientific and experimental research include different scientific and technical support for the construction sites projects.

It's wonderful that everyone, especially young people—undergraduates, graduate students, and assistants—are interested in science at our university. This is crucial for strengthening our scientific schools. All the necessary conditions have been created for this purpose at our internationally recognized research and education centers. In 2025, three more centers were opened (bringing the total to 25), and we acquired or received a significant amount of experimental equipment and devices from partners. This has resulted in successful participation in various events: - Undergraduate and graduate students became winners of the sixth stage of the "Student Startup" program (18 winners); - The Kazan Mayor's Scholarship Competition (9 winners); - Republican Scientific Awards to Support Young Scientists in the Republic of Tatarstan (4 winners); - Russian Federation Government and Presidential Scholarship Competition (3 winners); - "Best Young Scientist of the Republic of Tatarstan" Competition (2 winners), and others; - Assistant Professor at the ADMT Department, E. Novitsky, won the 2nd Competition for Young Scientists of the Russian Federation in the "New Horizons in the Construction Industry" category; - and others.

There were many other events as well:

- The scientific journal "Izvestia KGASU" was included in the Unified State List of Scientific Publications - the "White List" of scientific journals of the Russian Federation; - PhD and doctoral dissertation defenses took place in our Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) Dissertation Councils; - We held and participated in scientific conferences; - Our scientists visited a number of foreign universities in Kazakhstan, China, Egypt, India, Brazil, Armenia, Belarus, and elsewhere; - In turn, we were visited by colleagues from many countries – Brazil, South Africa, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, India, Iran, and the Central African Republic; - During the visits of our foreign colleagues and our visits to universities in other countries, a number of agreements were signed; - Students held science battles, intellectual quizzes (KISI-QUIZ), thematic meetings, master classes, stand-up comedy, open lectures, and much more.
