KSUAE: 2025 Results – Successful Architecture Students

Continuing to discuss the results of our educational activities in 2025, we would like to specifically mention the successful training of our Institute of Architecture and Design students – designers, restorers, urban planners, and architects – which has its own unique characteristics.

1. Training is conducted at the Kazan School of Architecture, which has a nearly 60-year history and is based at our KSUAE;

2. Training is conducted at internationally recognized research, education, and design centers: - "Heritage" - "BFFT.space" - "Architect" - "Design" - "Urban planning - Grado" - "Forum" - "Archphysics" - "Light".

3. The training combines creative skills (drawing, modeling), engineering, and digital technologies.

4. Special project work methods and peer review are a constant.

5. Developing students at an international level through participation in competitions and internships.

For example, in 2025, we successfully participated in international architectural competitions:

- The International Architecture Biennial in São Paulo, Brazil, an exhibition of the best projects from architecture schools worldwide. (students Artur Akhunov, Sofya Shcherbak, Daria Shel, Artyom Sultanov, Valeev Radmir, Danil Nazarov, Diana Iksanova, Vladimir Obrosov, Olga Erukova)

- SKETCHING BATTLE - Italy, student competition (students Valeria Burkova, Artyom Sultanov)

- The Future of the Profession - International Union of Architects, competition for young architects, 396 participants, 140 applications, 45 countries, (students Egorov Semyon, Sergeeva Anastasia, Liya Akhmerova, Olga Sinelnikova, Vladimir Obrosov, Olga Erukova)

- 120 HOURS - Norway, student Olympiad, 1002 participants, 93 countries (students Anastasia Lukashchuk, Daria Shel)

- LAGI FIJI - Fiji, architectural competition, 205 applications, 45 countries (students Egor Kiselev, Alexandra Ilyasova, Faiz Safin, Alexey Yakupov, Kirill Taravko, Anastasia Lukashchuk, Anastasia Sergeeva)

- GALAPAGOS RETREAT - Germany, about 130 applications from 25 countries (students Egor Kiselev, Ksenia Egorova, Anastasia Lukashchuk, Vladislava Lesukhina)

- FONDATION JACQUES ROUGERIE Architecture and Innovation - France, 508 applications from 150 countries (students Radmir Valeev, Ekaterina Buyanova, Vladislava Lesukhina)
