KSUAE participated in the interregional meeting of the Russian Ministry of Construction "Efficient Housing and Utilities"
KSUAE Faculty and students from the Department of Municipal Management participated in the interregional meeting of the Russian Ministry of Construction, entitled "Efficient Housing and Utilities: Implementing Lean Technologies in Regional Practice".
The event was held in Kazan from December 9 to 11, 2025. The purpose of the meeting was to develop a regional strategy for increasing labor productivity in the housing and utilities sector of the Republic of Tatarstan and to formulate a roadmap for implementing lean manufacturing tools. Students majoring in Housing Management, along with Associate Professor A.N. Afanasyeva, attended lectures and seminars on increasing productivity in the housing and utilities sector, management innovations, and development strategies.
Associate Professors E.V. Ilyina and S.F. Fedorova participated in a strategic session on developing a roadmap for the future development of the housing and utilities sector.
