KSUAE organized the Sketching master-class for schoolchildren
On February 27, 2025, the Sketching master class was held in the KSUAE "Urban planning" scientific and educational space "Urban planning". This was the final meeting in a series of winter master classes for Kazan graduating schoolchildren.
Sketching (from English sketch - outline, sketch) is the creation of quick sketches and drawings that help to visualize ideas or concepts. It is used as a way to convey thoughts and images, and can also serve as a tool for better understanding of the topic.
KSUAE student, architect-restorer Polina Miftakhova talked to the schoolchildren, talked about studying in architectural areas, gave an introductory lecture on the laws of perspective in drawing and demonstrated the process of creating a composition from simple forms. The schoolchildren were able to ask Polina questions that interested them. Thanks to the game with lines and strokes, the children created real masterpieces of architectural fantasy. At the master class, everyone was able to learn something new for themselves and show their individuality in creative work.
