KSUAE students successfully master the construction profession of reinforcement specialist
In the spring of 2024, KSUAE became the winner of a grant for the implementation of basic vocational training programs on a free basis for members of student teams in the professions of workers and positions of employees necessary for carrying out labor activities as part of construction teams. Students acquire the necessary theoretical knowledge in classroom lessons.
Today, students receive practical work skills in educational workshops, where, according to drawings, everyone carries out work for the manufacture of reinforcing frames. The guys work with tools to knit reinforcement, assemble parts of the future frame and assemble it in accordance with the drawings. Everyone is interested in mastering the technological process and learning how to do everything quickly, clearly and correctly. The guys work in teams on the practical tasks of the curators, while another important task is being solved - the formation of personal qualities, such as: the ability to work in a team, integrate their own knowledge and skills with the potential of colleagues, the desire for positive communication with the guys in the new team, etc. Thus, students develop an interest in professionalism, cohesion and a friendly team spirit.
