Experts of the XXXI International Competition gave lectures on religious architecture at KSUAE

At the Center for Architectural Restoration of KSUAE "Heritage" Moscow colleagues - experts of the XXXI International Competition-Exposition of Graduate Qualification Works in Architecture, Design and Art gave lectures on religious architecture.

A lecture on the lost monuments of St. Petersburg was delivered by Professor of the Moscow Architectural Institute Alexander Makarov. Starting with poems about the city, he demonstrated rare historical materials that became a valuable addition to the course "History of Russian and Foreign Architecture" delivered at KSUAE, and made it possible to feel the elusive old spirit of the northern capital.

Further, his colleague at the Moscow Architectural Institute, laureate of the State Prize, Dmitry Pshenichnikov, spoke about his design practice. It was about the design of temple architecture, the story about the implemented project of the Church of All Saints in Strasbourg aroused great interest.

Teachers and students asked questions, discovering the theme of modern religious architecture.
