It should be noted that 2025, despite the challenging political situation, was rich in international events for our university.
Today, our university is known in Russia and abroad. Therefore, our circle of friends and partners is expanding.
We visit colleagues, and they visit us too. For example, in 2025, KSUAE was visited by: - participants and experts of the international forum "Kazanysh" and "KazanForum": professors from Brazilian universities: Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais - Prof. Pedro Morais, Federal University of Amazonas - Prof. Marcos Cereto, PUC-CAMPINAS University - Prof. Jonathas Magallão Pereira da Silva, South Africa: University of Cape Town - Prof. Alta Steenkamp, Ethiopia: Ethiopian Institute of Architecture, Building Construction and Urban Development - Prof. Dawit Benti), India: Lovely Professional University - Prof. Kumar Rajendra), Thailand: Architect Kultida Poh (HAS Design and Research), - Consuls General from Iran, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, and Uzbekistan, - Colleagues from the Kazakh National Research Technical University: Prof. Kenjebek Akmalayuly and Asylbek Kabiyev. Agreements were signed with: - Federal University of Amazonas and the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (Brazil), - Lovely Professional University (India), - Karaganda Technical University (Kazakhstan).
Our scholars demonstrated active international mobility: - Prof. R.Kh. Mukhametrahimov visited the Kazakh National Research Technical University, - Prof. I.T. Mirsayapov and Assoc. Prof. I.V. Korolev took part in the 6th International Conference on GIS (Almaty) and the 19th International Conference ACUUS 2025 (Belgrade, Serbia); - Prof. N.R. Rakhimova took part in the international conference "Advanced Concrete Technologies" in Changsha, China; - Assoc. Prof. S.G. Persova took part in the first Mongolian-Russian Restoration Symposium (Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia); - Prof. A.I. Romanova took part in the General Assembly of the Association of Cities and Municipalities of BRICS+ Countries (Brazil).
Our young scientists E.V. Novitsky, S.V. Permyakov, K.R. Khuziakhmetova, B.K. Khusaenov, M.K. Gulkanyan, E.V. Ilyina, T.S. Kazymova, and E.S. Ponomarev visited Northeastern University in Shenyang (China) and Yerevan State University and learned about new technologies, educational programs, and laboratories, which are of interest to Tatarstan and Russia as a whole.
Every year, talented young people from all over the world come to study at KSUAE. Today, the university has international students from 40 countries: Colombia, Peru, Venezuela, Haiti, Ecuador, Algeria, Angola, Benin, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Ghana, Haiti, Guinea, Congo, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Chad, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Mozambique, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Yemen, Jordan, Lebanon, Mauritania, Turkey, as well as from the CIS countries: Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. Each year, international applicants from more than 15 countries study at our university's preparatory department, and many of them become our students.
Thus, 2025 has clearly demonstrated that KSUAE is a dynamically developing international campus where borders are erased, innovations are born, and sought-after specialists for the global market are trained.
