Representatives of Satbayev University (Kazakhstan) paid an official visit to KSUAE
In December 2025, representatives of the K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University (Kazakhstan) paid an official visit to KSUAE: Akmalayuly Kenzhebek, Doctor of Engineering, Professor of the Department of Construction and Building Materials at the Institute of Architecture and Construction, and Asylbek Serikovich Kabiyev, PhD student and lecturer in the same department.Scientific and educational ties between KSUAE and K.I. Satbayev University have been developing since 2018 under a Cooperation Agreement.
During the visit, Doctor of Engineering, Professor of the Department of Construction and Building Materials at KSUAE Rustem Mukhametrakhimov introduced the guests to the campus and KSUAE's scientific and educational centers: "Strength," "Mechanics," "Digital," "Architectural Physics," "Roads," "Digital Roads," "BFFT.space," "Development," "Potoki," "Heritage," "Safety," "Basics," the DASHKA Children's School of Architecture and Design, and the Additive Construction Technologies Laboratory. During the meetings, prospects for cooperation in construction materials science and structural and thermal insulation concrete, including for 3D printing, were discussed.
During the visit, Professor Akmalayuly Kenzhebek delivered a lecture on "Durability and Corrosion of Concrete" for first-year master's students majoring in Construction. The lecture generated great interest among the graduate students, who actively asked questions, shared their knowledge, and learned from their Kazakhstani colleagues during the discussion.
After touring the campus Satbayev University representatives met with KSUAE Rector, Professor R.K. Nizamov, expressing gratitude for the warm welcome and praising the university's modern scientific and educational infrastructure. The parties outlined plans for further developing international scientific collaboration between the universities in the near future.
