As a reminder, Russian President Vladimir Putin has identified digital transformation as a national development goal until 2030. Within the framework of the national goal, it is necessary to achieve the fulfillment of four indicators: the "digital maturity" of key sectors of the economy and the social sphere, including healthcare and education, as well as public administration; to increase the share of mass socially significant services available in electronic form to 95%; 97% share of households that are provided with the possibility of broadband Internet access, as well as quadruple their investments in domestic IT solutions. A highly skilled IT workforce is required to accomplish these tasks.
