KSUAE scientists and students took an active part in the Kazan Digital Week 2025 International Forum

From September 17 to 19, 2025, the Kazan Digital Week 2025 International Forum was held at the Kazan EXPO International Exhibition Center. The forum was organized by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan. Kazan Digital Week 2025 provided an effective platform for discussing promising trends and best practices in digital transformation, showcasing achievements and technological solutions, and exchanging experiences between industry leaders and innovators from around the world. The Kazan Digital Week 2025 International Forum brought together producers and users of digital technologies, software, and high-tech products. Approximately 20,000 participants from 75 countries registered for the forum, including Belarus, India, China, the UAE, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and others. The forum's main theme was the creation and implementation of artificial intelligence as a driver of development across all industries. The forum featured over 140 events, including strategic sessions by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications, Mass Media, and Mass Media, presentations of real-world cases of AI implementation in various sectors (public administration, medicine, transportation, education, and construction), conferences, workshops, hackathons, webinars, and much more. 302 leading Russian and international IT companies and startups participated in the 7,000-square-meter exhibition.

At the Tatarstan Academy of Sciences' stand, KSUAE presented projects being implemented by faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates at the Digital Roads Research and Educational Center of Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering (Head of the Department of Digital Road Technologies L.F. Mavliev).

Furthermore, the plenary session of the Kazan Digital Week-2025 International Forum, "Technological Leadership through Artificial Intelligence: New Horizons and Challenges," was held with the participation of the Minister of Digital Development, Communications, and Mass Media of the Russian Federation.

KSUAE faculty and students actively participated in the forum's events, including roundtable discussions on "How Digitalization is Changing Cities," "Smart Transport and Digitalization: Artificial Intelligence, Driverless Technologies, and Sustainable Development," a panel discussion on "The Digital Platform 'Science' as a Tool for Managing Industrial and Regional Science," a session on "Digital Research as a Driver of Scientific Discoveries: Ideas and Initiatives of Young Scientists", and sections on "Artificial Intelligence in Education," "Digital Services Around New Electric Mobility," "Scientific Developments and Applied Solutions for the Digital Industry," and others.

On September 18, KSUAE Rector R.K. Nizamov attended and delivered a welcoming address at the plenary session of the IV All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference "Heritage in Digital" on current issues of cultural heritage digitalization. The closing ceremony of the Kazan Digital Week-2025 international forum took place on September 19.
