KSUAE students - participants of the IV internship campaign at the Kazan City Hall
This year, 40 students from different universities and cities, including KSUAE students Adelina Zamalieva, Amir Shaimordanov and Milena Amirova, completed a three-month internship at the Kazan City Hall.
During this time, the students attended meetings with heads of city services, tours of infrastructure facilities, and also participated in organizing an exchange internship with the Moscow Government and a meeting of the Kazan City Duma.
The interns got acquainted with the work of the Metroelectrotrans, took part in brainstorming sessions with the Information Technology Department and the Center for Urban Transformation, learned about modern environmentally friendly city projects and visited water treatment facilities. Particular attention was paid to urban development: the chief architect of Kazan Ilsiyar Tukhvatullina spoke about the development of the city and strategic projects.
The students visited parks, discussed international cooperation, youth policy and the preservation of historical heritage. At the end of the internship, the participants visited the district administrations of Kazan and talked to their heads.
Besides, KSUAE students developed a concept for a new Arts Center in Kazan with the support of the chief architect.
The internship provided unique experience and knowledge for future specialists.
