KSUAE Professor as a speaker at the International Skoltech conference "Frontiers of Progress"
The Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology (Skoltech) hosted the international scientific and applied conference "Frontiers of Progress", which brought together representatives of science, business and the government to discuss the technological future of Russia.
The participants - leaders of large companies, leading scientists and government officials - discussed current challenges and looked for practical solutions for the formation of effective state-technological synergy.
Discussions were held in five priority areas: new materials, artificial intelligence, energy conservation technologies, photonics and biotechnology. Particular attention was paid to strategic issues - from achieving national technological leadership and the implementation of advanced domestic developments to training a new generation of professionals.
Head of the KSUAE Department of Construction Materials, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan A.M. Suleimanov presented a report "Resistance of Materials to Environmental Impacts" as part of the section "Frontiers of New Materials". The report was devoted to the principles of creating new materials taking into account the impact of operational factors and the life cycle of products and structures. A.M. Suleimanov's report was completed by a presentation of the scientific and educational centers of KSUAE, including the Scientific and Educational Center "Durability".
