Russian Government Scholarships for international applicants for 2023/2024 academic year
 
Foreign applicants who wish to study at our University can apply for Russian Government scholarships that covers:
- free tuition for the entire duration of studies at Bachelor or Master programme;
- maintenance allowance (for the entire duration of study- regardless of the candidate's success).;
- dormitory accommodation (if available).
 
The applications are submitted to start any University BSc or MSc programme from September 2023 (if you know Russian language) or from Spetmber 2024 (if you still need take a Russian language course):

- from December 2022 till 20 February 2023 for applicants from Angola, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Egypt, Yemen, Yemen (Sana'a), Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria, UAE, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sierra Leone, Togo and Chad.

- from December 2022 till 20 March 2023 for applicants from all other countries.

Annual registration takes place on the portal of the state information system "Education in the Russian Federation for Foreigners" https://studyinrussia.ru/en/study-in-russia/scholarships/ This is the official website of Rossotrudnichestvo for the selection of foreign citizens to study in Russia.
 
The selection of foreign citizens takes place in two stages:

- the first stage of selection is carried out by foreign representative offices of the Rossotrudnichestvo orgainsation, Russian embassies and missions in your country;

- the second stage - by Russian educational organizations.

Please note that a foreign citizen needs to apply to a Russian foreign institution in the territory of the country of which he is a citizen, regardless of location. Stateless persons and compatriots permanently residing abroad apply to a Russian foreign office on the territory of the country of permanent residence. You can find the contacts of all Rossotrudnichestvo offices on the Rossotrudnichestvo website (https://rs.gov.ru/kontakty/). If there is no representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the country, the selection functions are performed by a diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
