- from December 2022 till 20 March 2023 for applicants from all other countries.
- the first stage of selection is carried out by foreign representative offices of the Rossotrudnichestvo orgainsation, Russian embassies and missions in your country;
- the second stage - by Russian educational organizations.
Please note that a foreign citizen needs to apply to a Russian foreign institution in the territory of the country of which he is a citizen, regardless of location. Stateless persons and compatriots permanently residing abroad apply to a Russian foreign office on the territory of the country of permanent residence. If there is no representative office of Rossotrudnichestvo in the country, the selection functions are performed by a diplomatic mission, including the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
